Policies on Cancellation and Refunds
Whenever you need to discontinue your enrollment, please send an email to [email protected] to organize for a refund or a credit toward another program. Our cancellation and refund procedures differ depending on the program.
So rather than receiving cash, you may request a refund in the form of a credit, which will be applied to a forthcoming course or workshop depending on the refund and credit conditions listed below.
You can put the credit against a more costly program and pay the difference. You may only transfer your credit to a new class once before it starts.
Refund & Credit Policy For All Courses:
We have a 60-day policy. We can't offer you a refund if it's been more than 60 days after your purchase, but we can give you an exchange. To be eligible for compensation or replacement, the online access key you acquired must be intact.
We'll send you an email after we've received your refund request to let you know it's been received. We'll additionally inform you if your reimbursement was granted or declined. If you've been approved, your refund will be made and credited to your credit or debit card or initial method of payment within a certain amount of time.
Sale items (if applicable)
Just standard products are eligible for refunds; discount items, regrettably, are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The digital codes are only replaced if they are broken or faulty. Send us an email if you'd like to swap it for an identical item, and we'll look into it right away.
If the product was marked as a reward when acquired and sent out, you'll get a reward digital credit coupon for the amount of your refund. After the returned item is retrieved undamaged, you will be given a reward coupon. If the product was not identified as a reward when acquired or if the reward giver had the order forwarded to them to give to you afterward, we will provide a reimbursement to the reward giver.
